Baby Bottle Update

Next year we are picking another time to pass out and collect bottles,  since at the same time the parish is also collecting for St Vincent De Paul and STEP.  We are also going to pass the bottles out one week, and collect the next, without the 2 week gap. 

Parish Picnic

We would like to have a simple activity again this year at the Parish Picnic.  A simple planting of seeds or something like that is being discussed.

Movie Night for our Youth

To inspire the youth from our parish to participate in the March for Life, we are going to have a movie night (Champions of Faith) and a viewing of a White Sox World Series ring along with  young guest speakers to talk about their experience attending the March.  (I forgot why we decided to show the White Sox World Series  ring and not the Cubs) 

Eggsploitation

This is the next movie (documentary) we will show at the parish which shows the business of harvesting eggs from young women.  A few of us will watch this movie next week and from there, pick a date to show it to the parish.

Women's Choice Services 

People have seen the bumper stickers, participated in the baby bottles, and now we want them to see and understand the whole process.  When people visit WCS's they are impressed with the facility and the work being done.  We are going to hold an open house at WCS's,  inviting the parish and our priests.  We are narrowing down some dates and will keep you updated.

Long Term Short Term Plan

 We have finished our plan outline and will give it to Father Gabriel. 

Newsletter

The Diocese Life Office asked us to write an article about our ministry.  It should be in the June newsletter.
